Shipping and FAQs
Maeya provides worldwide shipping, with the exception of Russia. We aim to process your order within one business day of receiving it and have it picked up by our courier, DHL Express. In many cases, DHL Express can deliver your package within two business days, which means you should expect to receive your package in 3-5 business days, almost everywhere we ship
We offer free next-day shipping for all orders of more than one item in the UAE. Additionally, we offer same-day delivery options, as well as a 4-hour delivery option.
Our returns policy is valid for items returned within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase for UAE orders or 30 days for international orders and we facilitate free returns via our customer service team. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund or store credit.
Refunds are in the form of original payment. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be reflected in your account.
Store credit will be equal to the amount you paid and redeemable on any product of your choice.
We do not accept returns for any items on final sale. No exceptions will be made.
All sale items are considered final sale. This means that, unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any items purchased from our sale section.
However, if you have purchased a sale item and it doesn't fit you properly, we are more than happy to assist you by exchanging the item for the same product in a different size. Please note that this is subject to availability, depending on our current stock.
Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over $120 USD. All orders of more than one item ship free in the UAE.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Additionally, you will receive another email with tracking information once we have shipped your order. In the UAE, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. Following this, our courier will send you a WhatsApp message with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. In the UAE, we also offer the option of installment payments through Tabby
Please note that we do not offer order changes. Once your order is placed, we will process it extremely quickly to ensure it is received as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We check each item we pack ourselves to make sure it's perfect but if something somehow slips by us then please let us know, and we'll have the right product sent to you.
In the UAE, we offer direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same style only. We will cover the cost of collecting the items to be exchanged and sending the replacement sizes. Please ensure that you return the item within 14 days in its original, unworn condition, with tags in place and in its original packaging.
We encourage you to use our size guides (located under the product name on each product's page) to minimize the chance of this happening. If you're between sizes or are unsure then we recommend sizing up. If you do still receive an item and it doesn't fit then you can contact us. We will happily exchange the same item, in the same colour for you in the size you prefer, free of charge. If the size you'd like is out of stock, we will issue you with store credit or a refund.
For International customers - unfortunately for logistical reasons we don't offer direct exchanges on international orders. Simply let us know about the item in question, cover the cost of returning the item to us and we will issue your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know the reason so we can improve. We will arrange to collect the items, and issue you a store credit or refund equal to the amount you paid. Please return the item within 14 days, in its original, unworn condition with tags in place and in its original packaging.

We will ship your order with care from Dubai, UAE.
Please note that depending on your delivery country and the value of your order, customs or import taxes may be charged. In most countries, orders below $40 are unlikely to incur these charges.
If your package does incur customs taxes or duty, you will be responsible for covering these costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unexpected charges.
In the rare event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be responsible for the original customs fees or import duties, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. We will refund the value of your order, minus any fees we are charged upon the return of your package.
