Where do you ship to and how long will it take?

Maeya Clothing ships worldwide (nearly) - we are currently unable to ship to Russia, but we ship nearly everywhere aside from that! We aim to process your order and have it picked up by couriers within one business day of receiving it and in many cases the couriers can deliver in 2 business days so in nearly every case you should receive your package in 3-5 business days. In the UAE it will be even faster than that (1-2 business days).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over $120 USD. All orders of more than one item ship free in the UAE.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation from us, and another one when we've shipped it. You will then receive a text and email from the courier with tracking information and estimated delivery date. In the UAE you will receive a call from the courier instead.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, in the UAE we also accept cash on delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We will process orders extremely fast to make sure they are received as quickly as possible so if you would like to change your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been picked up by the courier yet then we can change it for you, but if it has then sadly we won't be able to.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

We check each item we pack ourselves to make sure it's perfect but if something somehow slips by us then please let us know, we will happily pay for the shipping for it to be returned and send you a replacement at no charge as soon as we receive the original item.

What if my item doesn't fit?

In the UAE we can offer direct exchanges and will cover the cost of collecting the items to be exchanged and of sending the replacement sizes. Please return the item within 14 days in its beautiful packaging with tags in place and in original, unworn condition.

We encourage you to use our size guides (located under the product name on each product's page) to minimize the chance of this happening. If you're between sizes or are unsure then we recommend sizing up. If you do still receive an item and it doesn't fit then you can contact us. We will happily exchange the same item, in the same colour for you in the size you prefer, free of charge. If the size you'd like is out of stock, we will issue you with store credit or a refund.

For International customers unfortunately for logistical reasons we don't offer direct exchanges on international orders. Simply let us know about the item in question, cover the cost of returning the item to us and we will issue your store credit or a refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

What if I don't like my order?

If you don't like your order, please let us know why so that we can improve. Simply return the items to us and we will happily issue you with store credit or a refund to the value you paid. Please return the item within 14 days in its beautiful packaging with tags in place and in original, unworn condition.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

We will be lovingly shipping your order out from Dubai, UAE.

Depending on the value of your order and delivery country, your package may or may not be charged customs or import taxes. In our experience, order values of below $40 are unlikely to incur import duties or fees in most countries. 

However, if your package does incur customs taxes or duty it is up to you to cover these costs. We recommend getting in touch with your local customs office before ordering so that you aren't surprised by any unexpected charges.

In the unlikely event that you do wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to us. Unfortunately we can only refund the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon the return of your package. If a delivery is refused by you then, unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage sustained during transit back to us.
