Shipping and FAQs

 Where do you ship to and how long will it take?

Maeya Clothing ships worldwide (nearly) - because of UAE law we are unable to ship to Qatar and Israel, but we ship everywhere aside from that! We aim to process your order and have it picked up by couriers within one business day of receiving it and in many cases the couriers can deliver in 2 business days so you should receive your package in 3-5 business days depending on shipping option. In the UAE it will be even faster than that.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over $100 USD.

How can I track my order?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation from us, and another one when we've shipped it. You will then receive a text and email from the courier with tracking information and estimated delivery date. In the UAE you will receive a call from the courier instead.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, in the UAE we also accept cash on delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We will process orders extremely fast to make sure they are received as quickly as possible so if you would like to change your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been picked up by the courier yet then we can change it for you, but if it has then sadly we won't be able to.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

We check each item we pack ourselves to make sure it's perfect but if something somehow slips by us then please let us know, we will happily pay for the shipping for it to be returned and send you a replacement at no charge as soon as we receive the original item.

What if my item doesn't fit?

We encourage you to use our size guides to minimize the chance of this happening; we've worked hard on the guides and are confident that they're true to fit. If you're between sizes or are unsure then we recommend sizing up. If you do still receive an item and it doesn't fit then you can exchange it for the correct size, simply let us know, cover the cost of returning the item to us and we will send out the replacement size at no additional charge as soon as we receive the original. Please return the item within 30 days in its beautiful packaging with tags in place and in original, unworn condition.

What if I don't like my order?

If you don't like your order, please let us know why so that we can improve. Will I have to pay customs fees?

We will be lovingly shipping your order out from Dubai, UAE. Every country has its own laws and taxes for imports and may impose charges, sadly this is outside of our control.
