Our returns policy is valid for items returned within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase for UAE orders or 30 days for international orders and we facilitate returns via our customer service team. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund, replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances. Any items returned must be received back in their original condition; unworn, undamaged, free of and marks including make-up, tan etc., pet hairs and any smells such as deodorant and perfume. Items must have all their original tags attached. If the period of 14 or 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a replacement or store credit.
Please be aware that original shipping costs as well as any duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Proof of purchase
To complete your return we will need your order number. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not be able to complete a return.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
In order to return an order, please email us with your order number and details of which items you'd like to return and why.
Size exchanges are free in the UAE as are returns in the very rare case of faulty items.
For international returns outside the UAE, we do not provide free returns labels and cannot be held responsible for any return postage costs.
Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us minus a $25-40 return charge depending on your location.
